There are 3 ways to pay your fare:

Cash

Insert bills or coins (no pennies) one at a time into the farebox slots. Exact change only.

TAP

Touch your TAP card or TAP LA app to the blue circle on the farebox until you hear a beep.

Debit and Credit Cards (NEW!)

Now, you can tap to pay with a contactless debit or credit card! Just touch your physical or mobile card to the special validator by the door, and the correct adult fare will be charged.

Two-hour transfers are also included – just make sure you tap with the same card each time you transfer.
