Operations Contract & Customer Service Manager
This position reports to the Director of Customer Service & Operations overseeing the day-to-day transit operations of Foothill Transit while verifying that contractors provide outstanding customer service. This position also provides support and project management for a wide variety of projects and initiatives.
This position reports to the Budget and Grants Manager and supports the objectives of the
Finance Department. This position manages daily financial activities including budget and grants
management, administration and reporting, new Government Accounting Standards Board
pronouncement reporting, and Transit Asset Management compliance.
