Did you leave something on the bus?
Here's what to do if you left something behind on the bus.
Report the item to our Lost and Found department as soon as you can.
- Call 1-800-RIDE-INFO (743-3463) and tell the representative what bus you left your item on. They'll give you the appropriate Lost and Found number to call. Leave a message with a description of your item, where and when you left it, and your contact information. A representative will get back to you after they've had a chance to look for your item.
- You can also submit your information online using this Lost and Found form.
Get balance protection for your TAP card.
You can protect your passes and stored value! Register your TAP card at taptogo.net. If you lose your TAP card, they can transfer your stored value and passes to a new card.
Look around you before you leave the bus.
We know you'd rather not lose anything on the bus! Take a moment to check around you before you get off the bus so you can take everything with you. If you stored your bike on the bike rack, let the bus operator know you'll need to get it from the front of the bus.
