This position reports to the Customer Service and Operations Manager overseeing the day-to-day transit operations of Foothill Transit while verifying that contractors provide outstanding customer service. This position conducts field and facility inspections, reviews documentation, and collaborates with operations and maintenance teams to ensure compliance, improve performance, and maintain the highest standards of safety and service reliability. This position also provides support and project management for a wide variety of projects.
