Customer Representative
Position Description
Responsible for
handling customer inquiries via phone, selling various fare media and
assist store manager with various reports.
General Duties:
- Answer phones and
handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Sell passes and
assure reconciliation is accurate
- Sell various fare
media
- Follow up with
sales reports as necessary
- Assist store manager
with various reports
- Notify store manager
immediately of any problems that arise
- Assist when needed
at other transit store locations
- Position is part-time and starts at $8.50 an hour
Qualifications
& Requirements
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of cash
register and money handling
- General knowledge
of computers; Microsoft office preferred
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum one year
experience in customer service
- Type 35 wpm minimum
