      • When waiting for the bus, stand on the sidewalk – never stand in the street.
      • If boarding with a bicycle, use the folding bike rack located on the front of the bus.  Make sure to secure it with the wheel hook before boarding.
      • Fold strollers and carts before entering the bus, then store them next to you out of the aisle.
      • Please pay the correct fare – always show proper identification for a discounted fare.
      • Use headphones when listening to music.
      • No eating, drinking, smoking, or littering.
      • No flammable-fueled vehicles are allowed on the bus or in the bike racks.
      • Only service animals are allowed on board.
      • Wait until the bus comes to a complete stop before exiting.
      • Take everything off the bus that you carried on, including newspapers and trash.
      • Never cause any safety problems.
      • Cross the street safely and use crosswalks.
      • Never cross the street in front of the bus.
      • Always respect your bus driver, fellow passengers, and Foothill Transit property.

We will not tolerate acts or comments that could be perceived as threatening to another customer or bus operator; our employees will contact the police for assistance if they deem it necessary. If you see anything suspicious, report it to your bus operator immediately.
